What data we handle

This site does not have contact forms of its own. If you book a table, your data is processed by our booking provider to manage the reservation. If you write to us by email or phone, we use your data only to answer you.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies of its own. Two embedded services may set their own cookies when you use them: the booking module and the Google map. Both load only within this page and are governed by their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to reservas@apartaco.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
